We accept Cash and all major Debit & Credit Cards either via our Secure Payment Processor WorldPay or via Paypal. These terms of payment and refunds apply, regardless of method of payment.

  • All Debit/Credit card payments can only be made using a payment in the name of the Card Holder.
  • A 3% Surcharge shall apply to all Card Payments.
  • Sometimes we may ask for a deposit for large bookings with a value of £200 or more. This Deposit is NOT REFUNDABLE!


Our refunds policy is nice and simple.

  • Deposits for Journeys not completely paid on time, and resulted in a booking cancellation are NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • Surcharges for your payment method are NON REFUNDABLE
  • Requests for refunds can be made by Contacting Us
  • Refunds can only be given where the journey has not been already assigned a driver. At this point the journey is deemed a No Show and you are liable for the cost of the booking.
  • Refund requests can take up to 7 Days to process so BE SURE TO REQUEST YOUR REFUND AND CANCELLATION BEFORE THEN!
